Overview

As the Dental Sales Representative for BH Innovation, you will be responsible for:

  • Becoming a subject matter expert in our devices
  • Developing both short- and long-term sales plans
  • Developing an ongoing target list of prospects that can provide new business volume
  • Utilizing proactive prospecting strategies and tactics such as cold calling, email, and social media to gain an audience with decision makers
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers and partners
  • Participating in industry events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
  • Managing the sales process from prospect identification to agreement negotiation and execution
  • Facilitating timely resolution of product issues
  • Share best practices and consult with North American peers across Canada, and the US
  • Traveling as necessary to meet with new or existing customers and clients
  • Conducting education sessions with client partners and staff
  • Providing monthly reports on sales and performance metrics to Manager/CEO
  • Scoping and identifying new market opportunities (e.g. products, verticals / industry segments)

Requirements

We are looking for the full package, please apply if the below describes you:

Professionally, you have:

  • 2 – 5 years business to business sales experience with a record of success
  • Dental, medical device or technology sales with experience translating complex terms into language which is understandable and compelling
  • Demonstrated experience in building and following sales strategies and plans
  • Strong business and financial acumen

On a personal level, you are:

  • Self-motivated
  • Customer service oriented
  • An Authentic relationship builder
  • Able to educate, excite and inspire
  • Persistent and shows stamina; motivated by the challenge to open new doors
  • An active listener who can understand each client\'s individual needs
